We are looking to hire 6 Automation Service Engineers for a site-based assignment in Baghdad – Halfaya.

We are seeking motivated and technically capable engineers with solid hands-on experience in automation systems, troubleshooting, commissioning, maintenance, and field service support within industrial environments.

Key Requirements: Degree or diploma in Automation, Electrical, Control, Mechatronics, or related engineering field Practical experience in automation service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFDs/drives, instrumentation, sensors, and industrial control panels Ability to perform fault finding, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, control schematics, loop diagrams, and P&IDs Good reporting, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work under site conditions and demanding operational environments English and Arabic are required; Kurdish is an advantage Previous experience in oil & gas, power, water, manufacturing, or heavy industry is preferred

Main Responsibilities: Installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation and control systems Preventive and corrective maintenance activities Technical support during breakdowns, startup, shutdown, and operational activities Service reporting and proper documentation of completed work Compliance with site safety requirements, customer regulations, and company procedures
