Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets. * Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients in the medical and healthcare sector. * Lead market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. * Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for business deals and partnerships. * Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and operational goals. * Monitor performance, analyze results, and report on business development progress. * Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or management, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry. * Proven track record in achieving growth targets and managing client relationships. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. * Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Fluency in English and Arabic (Kurdish is an advantage).
