We are hiring a proactive CEO Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO and keep day-to-day executive activities running smoothly. This role sits at the heart of the CEO Office and calls for outstanding organization, clear communication, and strong discretion to manage competing priorities and high-level engagements with confidence.
Key responsibilities
• Own and manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize meetings and commitments, and coordinate incoming requests to optimize their time.
• Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and supporting materials for internal and external meetings, and capture key decisions and action points.
• Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including international trips, visas, bookings, and logistics for events and conferences.
• Maintain and organize confidential records and files in line with company policies and information security standards.
• Support the CEO with additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed, contributing to a collaborative and flexible working environment.
Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership, with exposure to calendar management, travel coordination, and handling confidential information.
Required Competencies
• Strong skills in calendar management, prioritization, and coordinating international travel and events.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, with excellent organizational and communication skills; self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic and Kurdish are considered a strong plus.
