Job Description

Head of International Cross-Border E-commerce Sales Location: Erbil Job Summary: Lead B2B/B2C sales for global e-commerce merchants and FBA customers, expanding cross-border logistics business and promoting end-to-end solutions in and out of the KRG market. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales for cross-border e-commerce and FBA logistics • Promote global inbound/outbound logistics solutions • Build strong client relationships & generate new business • Understand customer needs & KRG customs policies • Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality • Prepare sales reports & market insights Requirements: • 5+ years B2B/B2C sales in express/logistics (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT preferred) • Strong knowledge of cross-border e-commerce, warehousing & fulfillment • Existing client network and proven business development record • Understanding of global e-commerce markets & platforms • Excellent communication, negotiation & account management • Target-driven, self-motivated, able to work independently • Fluent in English & Arabic • Flexible and willing to travel Preferred: • Experience with major cross-border e-commerce platforms • Knowledge of express pricing & customs clearance
