This role requires both strong medical knowledge and excellent communication skills to ensure effective learning and product understanding. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and deliver training programs related to medical devices, products, and procedures. * Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for healthcare professionals and internal teams. * Prepare training materials, presentations, and manuals. * Provide ongoing technical and product support to clients and team members. * Assess training needs and adapt programs based on participant feedback. * Stay up to date with the latest developments in medical technology and industry standards. * Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure accurate and consistent information delivery. * Prepare post-training reports and maintain training documentation. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training, teaching, or medical product education role. * In-depth knowledge of medical equipment and healthcare practices. * Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to simplify complex technical information for various audiences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools. * Fluency in English and Arabic (Kurdish is an advantage).
