We are looking for a skilled NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations Center team. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 1. Being flexible to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts (24/7) 2. Monitor Network Equipment and keep the Network working smoothly without any issues using SolarWinds. 3. Monitor IT Equipment and keep the data center equipment up and running smoothly without any issues using Solarwind and CIMC. 4. Report all faults and alarms that have caused or may cause downtime in the network or the data centers. 5. Documenting all faults which have happened in the systems and report to their manager to sort out the issues. 6. Facilities maintenance (monitoring and management of air-conditioning, UPS, generators, and power devices) and making sure that everything works well. 7. Preparing Car accident reports and following up on the case with all teams till repair it. 8. Must have the ability and track of follow up with issues and incidents which has happened and need urgent attention from other teams or from vendors 9. Preparing Monthly Incident Report. 10. Track and document all defects and resolutions in detail.
