This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing position, based in Erbil. The role involves managing sales operations, developing and executing marketing strategies, training sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, fostering relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets. Collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts is a key part of day-to-day responsibilities. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and develop strategies that drive business growth. • Experience in Training to mentor and upskill sales teams for better performance. • Ability to work in a collaborative and on-site environment. • Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills are a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
